The needle tip and cantilever are usually fixed with adhesive, but Grand Master Extreme uses an one-piece diamond cantilever, which is made of a single diamond from the cantilever to the needle tip.
The one-piece diamond cantilever does not use any adhesive at all, so it can detect the vibration of the needle tip more directly without losing any of the vibration of the needle tip. We are very pleased with the result, and we are sure that our customers will be impressed by the difference in sound.
There is no doubt that Grand Master Extreme, which uses an one-piece diamond cantilever, the ultimate ideal form of cantilever and needle tip, has reached a new analog extreme.
One-piece diamond cantilever
The Grand Master Extreme uses a 0.22mm square one-piece diamond cantilever in which the diamond cantilever and needle tip are made of a single diamond.
The diamond tip of the cantilever and the needle tip are usually fixed together with an adhesive, but with the one-piece diamond cantilever, the cantilever and the needle tip are one piece, allowing for more direct transmission of information from the needle tip.

How is my order processed ?
Once we have received your order and your payment, we issue you an invoice that will be mailed to you with a reference number for your order. Once your order is ready : it will be dispatched to you with insurance and tracking number.
Which payment methos are available in the Online Shop ?
You can choose between Paypal, bank transfer or Credit Card. Please take in consideration that payment via bank transfer will slightly delay the processing of your order as we have to receive your funds on our bank account to confirm your order.
Why are there different estimated delays prior to sending for some of the products
One of the politics of Ana Mighty Sound is that every order is unique and made for a single customer. You will find next to each item an estimated delay prior to delivery. We will do our best to fulfill it before this delay (and most of the time we do).
Please keep in mind that we are a 100% human company working all over the Old World (Europe) and that we do commit to deliver you the best made / best quality product available, and to insure that : this can take some time.

Can I specify a courrier for my order ?
Yes you can ! Just drop us a line in the « additional remarks » of your mail order. This may add additional fees to your order. We can work with DHL, TNT, FedEX, UPS, French La Poste or Chronopost.
What if I have received the wrong item ?
In the very unlikely case this would happen just send us a photo of what you received and we will send you a courrier to fetch the item back. Once we have checked it out, we will send you the correct item.
My items are not up to specifications, what should I do ?
This is highly improbable as we use the most modern techniques to insure that our products are up to specs. In fact we even have a dedicated person checking that every single item is in perfect condition prior to shipping. Of course it can happen, but we doubt it seriously. In any case if you were bothered by something : just send us an email and we will sort it out with you.
