ramar’s brushes are characterized by a unique brush trim. Six double rows of carbon fibres and two rows of goat hair are used in elaborate handwork in our workshop in Berlin. The specific arrangement of the bristle rows ensures excellent dust absorption. The six double rows with millions of carbon fibres thoroughly feel every groove and are supported by the two rows of goat hair. Whether fine dust or larger dirt particles — the unique mixture of carbon fibres and goat hair carefully removes every particle from the surface and picks it up safely. The material properties of the individual components and the design of the brushes ensure optimum dissipation of existing electrostatic charge. At the same time, however, they also prevent their formation during cleaning.
Noir is made of solid wood. The wooden surface is covered with a real metal skin. First, the metal layer is applied to the brush body and left to harden. Afterwards, the metal is sanded and polished to a high gloss. Finaly the surface is sealed to prevent fingerprints and to ensure durability and persistence. The bristle cover is made of aluminium refined with electroless nickel. Electroless nickel layers are exceptionally wear-resistant, offer very high corrosion protection and are conductive.
Storing the brush in a case increases its durability and protects carbon fibre and goat hair from damage and dirt. For an excellent cleaning result, we recommend to dust the brushes before use and at regular intervals with the cleaning pad made of natural felt supplied.

How is my order processed ?
Once we have received your order and your payment, we issue you an invoice that will be mailed to you with a reference number for your order. Once your order is ready : it will be dispatched to you with insurance and tracking number.
Which payment methos are available in the Online Shop ?
You can choose between Paypal, bank transfer or Credit Card. Please take in consideration that payment via bank transfer will slightly delay the processing of your order as we have to receive your funds on our bank account to confirm your order.
Why are there different estimated delays prior to sending for some of the products
One of the politics of Ana Mighty Sound is that every order is unique and made for a single customer. You will find next to each item an estimated delay prior to delivery. We will do our best to fulfill it before this delay (and most of the time we do).
Please keep in mind that we are a 100% human company working all over the Old World (Europe) and that we do commit to deliver you the best made / best quality product available, and to insure that : this can take some time.

Can I specify a courrier for my order ?
Yes you can ! Just drop us a line in the « additional remarks » of your mail order. This may add additional fees to your order. We can work with DHL, TNT, FedEX, UPS, French La Poste or Chronopost.
What if I have received the wrong item ?
In the very unlikely case this would happen just send us a photo of what you received and we will send you a courrier to fetch the item back. Once we have checked it out, we will send you the correct item.
My items are not up to specifications, what should I do ?
This is highly improbable as we use the most modern techniques to insure that our products are up to specs. In fact we even have a dedicated person checking that every single item is in perfect condition prior to shipping. Of course it can happen, but we doubt it seriously. In any case if you were bothered by something : just send us an email and we will sort it out with you.
